GAS Prices Are OUR Fault
 

All that has to happen is one word of prices going to sky rocket or there's going to be a shortage and everyone goes and fills up their tank!
Most people ride around with 1/4 to 1/2 a tank most of the time but when the scare is started by the Oil Co.s or the media everyone fills up..
Just think about it, 1 million people get 10 gallens more than they usually ride around with that's 10 million gallons! Multiply that by a 100 million people that have cars and you have all the gas that's usually in storage tanks riding around the streets..
It's just another way for the Big Oil Co.s to fuck all of us!
Ever notice the higher the prices were the more the Oil Co.s proffits?

Gas is not expensive in the US. I remember paying 3 Marcs a litre in Germany. At the time (in the 80's) that was more than $2 per litre.

Bottled water @ $0.06/fl.oz as quoted on safeway.com = $7.68 a gallon. At least our cars don't run on water.

If you can't afford gas, work harder. ;-)

I've been riding on only super-unleaded since 1999... I don't drive that much anymore... What gets me is these people that have huge SUV's and what do they need that shit for... groceries? It's all these protective parents -- they can't trust their own kids to drive so they spend enormous amounts of money putting their little girls in the largest vehicles that they can afford...

Now I'm trying to run, walk and bike everywhere -- I just bought some nice Saucony's... hit the track last night damn I was hurting... I want to be doing triathalons by the summer... fuck this webmaster slob shit.

Dude, live in Canada. Gas just went up to 85 cents/litre. That's about $3.20 per gallon. :BangBang:

i pay around $1.60 and get about 25mpg in town.. in my truck. :Graucho
