Need to create a contest site kind of like Miss Freeones

I am considering improving the BoobsRealm contest - was like this http://www.boobsrealm.com/boobsrealm-contest/ - to a site with allows voting, members can register and there is a password confirmation.

My idea is to offer a more legit contest, get some sponsors for the prizes: 1st and 2nd place

I would like to include banners of the sponsors and some affiliates on the sidebars

This is the general idea. Depending on what offers I get I will go for it this year or do it for 2015, but I would like to launch it in October

Let's discuss, sounds like an interesting project, not in Canada though :)
