    Do Any Major Tubes NOT Allow User Uploads?

    Looking around I see that most, if not all, of the major tube sites offer "user uploads". Know of any worth mentioning that do not off this feature and only rely on Content Partner submissions?

          Their staff needs a name damn it!

          No, I know plenty if not all allow pirate uploaders. Their business depends on it.

              What good is it being "content partner only" if they have all changed their terms to read that if the content partner uploads it then the tube automatically assumes ownership of the copyright?

                  Pornerbros.com and Sxx.com ONLY work with content partners, they cleaned the site of all old user uploads and rely solely on partnerships to fill the site with content and promote. Hit up [email protected] for more info.

                      We're not a tube, but I'm always looking for 2+ minute videos to upload to our own videos section! 100% legit and all that good stuff!

                          True - but A. They haven't all done that and B. It isn't legal anyway (or binding).

                                          Try explaining that to a Judge or Arbitrator if you get into a copyright dispute... clicking "I agree" to the terms and conditions tends to color their opinions pretty distinctly.

                                                  From some company based in Czech Republic where US copyright law has no bearing? Who has jurisdiction? Who would hear the case? Also, WHO clicked on 'I Agree' is another factor. An actual 'employee' with rights to speak on behalf of the company or an outsourced independant contracter? Also, clicking 'I Agree' is not a signed contract. Etc etc etc.

                                                  Anyway, that's for another discussion. LOL
