FreeOnes is Donating $1,000+ to a Domestic Violence Agency in Support of Christy Mack

In support of the 2013 Miss FreeOnes winner Christy Mack, who is currently recovering from the domestic violence assault she suffered Friday, FreeOnes will be donating $1,000 to a domestic violence service agency in Nevada.

In addition to the initial $1,000 donation, FreeOnes will be contributing an extra $100 to their donation for every 2014 Miss FreeOnes sponsorship sold.

According to the National Domestic Violence Hotline, over 24 people per minute are victims of rape, physical violence, or stalking by an intimate partner. This means that there are more than 12 million people affected by domestic violence over the course of 1 year and there are reports that these numbers are increasing at alarming rates. What it comes down to is that FreeOnes needs to do something to help stop the cycle of domestic violence. This is why we decided to donate to a local domestic violence service agency.

Aside from the fact that Christy lives in Nevada, it came to our attention while looking up potential recipients for our donation, that Nevada tops the scale for domestic violence situations. So it?s our intention to find a shelter that not only helps the immediate needs of victims, but will also help with counseling and give prevention education.

It?s our sincere hope that by making our donation public, and adding $100 from every Miss FreeOnes Sponsorship that is purchased, that we can bring awareness to this issue and try to prevent what happened to Christy Mack from happening to any other person.

We have already made some inquiries to some agencies that we believe are suitable. We will announce who it is as soon as we know for certain.

For more information on the incident, please check here (warning, graphic pictures).

Note: We will be extending the closing date on the Miss FreeOnes sponsorships from Aug 20 to the 25th so that anyone making a purchase can make certain they get their $100 in before we make the donation.

The $100 per sponsorship sold DOES apply to all sponsorships already purchased.

Our focus is trying to help more people. Nobody deserves this. It doesn't matter who they are or what their profession is. It's not a porn problem, it's not a rich problem or poor problem. It's a problem that needs attention and prevention.

If our donation can help those that need to get out of this situation, then it's worth it.

Here in Europe you can usually get an emergency passport at the policestation or airport. Takes less than an hour

Just curious did Freeones not know or not care about Domestic Violence before a pornstar got beaten up?

VikingMan 08-13-2014 01:08 PM

That is great news. But I suggest that you make sure to donate to a charity that is not Marxist and actually works to combat domestic violence regardless of the gender of the person. These Marxists think that mothers who abuse their children and are violent towards men are just a big joke. They only focus on men abusing women and children. Even if you don't care about men you should care about abused children and these Marxists clearly do not care about either. The only care about pushing their biased and hate fueled ideology which is "men are oppressors and women are oppressed".

Glad to hear these news, hope that clown gets caught soon.

Of course! In fact, I used to volunteer in local shelters when I was living back in the states.

The problem with giving is there are SOOO many deserving causes. From local no kill animal shelters to disease research and of course the local food shelters. Then you have programs like Wishing Star, Ronald McDonald house, and thousands of others like these. So who do you give your money to? Who is the most deserving? Because you can't give to them all.

So the simple fact is I had the money available here and now so it made the choice easy this year.

This is why we made the decision to do the research and support a local agency where the largest percent of our money will go to the cause vs. salaries or fund raising. It's also important to make sure they help ALL victims, not just women.

The organization that I have my eye on helps victims directly, provides counseling, and most importantly education.

Naw, that's Kendall Karson interviewing Christy.

So a girl sitting infront of a check for $10K payable to her.
She could have used that money for insurance, then wouldn't need a fund set up.

She works, she earns good money, why hasn't she got medical insurance?

I am going to donate $105.00 to get Christy a rape whistle and boxing lessons.

pornmasta 08-14-2014 10:23 PM

Give her a 12 gauge shotgun and some slug ammos

Petra 08-15-2014 01:58 AM

Well apparently not everyone is happy that we're supporting Christy Mack, nor that she won Miss FreeOnes last year. I actually received a threat in my mail today, awesome!

On another note, I guess it's going to be a little harder to give away our donation than I thought. So far the organizations I've been in touch with don't want a donation from a filthy porn company.

So, if anyone knows of a really deserving organization that will more than likely take our donation, I'm open to suggestions. It DOES have to go towards helping domestic violence victims and I really, really want there to be an education component.

I'll of course keep trying on my end!

EngineCash 08-15-2014 02:55 AM

Very nice gesture. :) :thumbsup
