by the way, infinite scroll is so user unfriendly.

Especially when links open in the same window. Hit 'back' after viewing the content and you often end up back at the top, and have to scroll down (and load new content) multiple times to get back to where you were.

It also causes problems with underpowered computers. Last night my little notebook got slower and slower as I scrolled down a website with 1000+ search results.

and google will come for them soon ...

Maybe we should retool our scripts and trade news traffic.

yup. One of the not so succesful new features that came along with the 'flat design' trend. I recall Google tried it too for a while but quickly dumped it. Sites become unusable with that shit.
