Why are there no referring url in ccbill's epoch cascade?
 

So one of my sponsors switched to epoch and now there are 0 referring url info being passed along.. Pretty damn annoying :\

Cascade works only if sale at first biller was denied...
Cascading is for redirecting a DENIAL through a cascading link to go to second processor. If there is no denial there is no cascading-link.

not what he is talking about. A ccbill revshare program that cascades can choose to use epoch as the first biller then ccbill. If they do that in ccbill you don't see the referral url if they join via epoch.
