password sentry issues

Anyone using password sentry having issues today? I can not get my paysite login page to load, it redirects me to psapi.net which is expired as of yesterday. I have contacted Dan at their support but have not gotten a reply yet. Was wondering if anyone else is experiencing this same problem?

No problem here. Able to log into all PS admin areas.

EDIT: Not using PS plugin if that is what you are having problems with

Yes, same problem here. The login system has been crippled for about two hours now.

I do use the PS Plugin, have you spoken to support at all enzob?

Filed a Priority Support request and followed up with an email. No response, but I am not surprised, as I suspect Dan is getting hammered with the same requests from everyone else who uses Password Sentry. Looks like the site that has gone down is used to authenticate the PS API. I'm surprised to see something like this from Password Sentry, they have been great thus far for me.

Wait, just got a response from Dan. He says it will be fixed in a couple of hours and suggests disabling PS for now.

My login system is back online.

Mine too, thanks Dan at Password Sentry!

Yes, indeed, I am very happy with PS myself.

Is there ever a good day to have this happen....? Have way too much stuff going on.

Usually things work until they don't work anymore.

Earlier today, many of you discovered an issue that prevented users from being able to access your site. The issue is related to code in the sentry.php tracking script that calls our psapi.net site to verify the PS license for the the domain. Earlier this week, the psapi.net domain came up for renewal, and was renewed through the registrar, GoDaddy. For reasons unknown, the renewal was never completed, and the domain expired today. This caused the issue with some PS Owners using older versions of PS that make the psapi.net call - newer versions of PS do not. Unfortunately, no one was in the office today. I was out of town, on the road. As soon as I discovered the issue this morning, I called GoDaddy ASAP (on my iPhone while on the boat) to complete the renewal. Most if not all should have seen return to normal within the hour, it not sooner. Again our deepest apologies, and we assume all responsibility for the issue. So, no excuses. An explanation and my deepest apologies. Will update the Plugin tonight to remove the psapi.net callback to ensure this cannot happen in the future. No more callbacks in any PS (sentry.php or Plugin).
