someone stole me whole site, my child ...

hello gfy. someone stole complete my site, idea, including texting and so. now, all will be good, i wanted this fucker to put up one banner to my site and all will be good, he never answered. now, the question is, what would you do? i know the fucker is already making money on the site, and is taking some of my serps, as his posts are new, not like mine old ones ... so, just want to ask, will you care, or just fuck it and work harder? i dont see it like a way, just to run and see some fucker making money on my long made knowhow and system that works. and, if you care, what would you do? i got into his wp, put all his posts into trash, not deleted, so he could easily publish them back, i hoped he will at least get in touch, nothing. so, what now? i am about to publish all his private information, so at least you guys knows that you are dealing with fucked up piece of thief, or is it just a waste of time? i know it can be also good for my ego that some bitch is stealing my hard work and using it, but the bitch is also fucking my work, because he is taking my serps, and all that because he stole something that i have been working on for weeks. so, what, can i post the private info here, so the bitch at least will be exposed? really dont know what to do, but sure i am not happy with some stupid low grade bitch making money on something that is like mine child ... thank you much for any answer, didnt wanted to get mad, but this piece of shit really deserves nothing else than got exposed ... have a nice weekend everyone! :) and fuck all the bitches who knows nothing better than stole someone elses hard work :thumbsup

You should post the url's so we can compare

wehateporn 08-01-2014 03:45 AM

If you post info about the site here more people will copy

yeah, exactly :winkwink:

TeenCat 08-01-2014 03:47 AM

there is no doubt no single possibility that the site is not copy of mine, because the texting was made five six years ago, when my english was even worse than today, and the very bad texts are coppied completely ... so, nothing to think about, the guy is simple piece of shit :) :upsidedow

Markul 08-01-2014 03:50 AM

You need to format that text so it can be read. My head hurts reading that.

yes i know. sometime i need to lift fast what i have in my head, so it is clear output out of my head, not formated, and i think it is better as its natural, better than nicely written ten times changed text because i calmed down :winkwink: :2 cents:

It shows that if you have a money making secret which is easy to copy, definitely think twice before drawing webmaster attention to it.

Was it a GFYer?

the attention was just serps of that site, never talked about it :winkwink: even for dummy it is easy copy and paste something that work and dummy found out :winkwink: and dont think its gfyer, at least as far i see, if he was, there will be hell on gfy already :)

Manfap 08-01-2014 04:01 AM

send dmca notice to google, hosts. text is still your work, same as a video/image.

TeenCat 08-01-2014 04:03 AM

btw i have all his info, user, pass, email, address, icq, aim, tax, and i am really ready to publish it, i know i can get almost nothing from it, but if some of you are making business with him, at least you will know that you are doing business with fucking thief ...

i tried to contact his host, icertified, and they told me i must have identification of the work and i must have electronic signature, and it is something i dont have, all is just written on the site, but they cannot find out who was faster, as i dont have any proof of that. just dates, which can be changed of course ... so, dmca notices cant help nothing here :2 cents:

TeenCat 08-01-2014 04:07 AM

anyone have some contacts at icertified please? :winkwink: i will be happy to show you what is going on, and i hope someone with brain in the right place will shut that fucker down ...

TeenCat 08-01-2014 04:11 AM

i am not the guy who wants to fuck up others work, i know the guy have put some time into filling his, mine stolen, site, but if he cant get in touch, it is like fucking me into the ass, so if possible, i will let this as far as possible, to shut his hosting, or at least those three sites that are made from my idea, down ... any help is much appreciated and will be rewarded by unlimited marihuana and alcohol at european meeting in prague :winkwink:

You might try to use archive.org as proof -if it have archived posts since beginning, that is undeniable proof how you are original author.

MrBottomTooth 08-01-2014 04:31 AM

He stole from you. What's the worry? Out him here and delete all his shit. He clearly deserves it.

3xmedia 08-01-2014 04:36 AM

you better work on your SEO to rank better than those thieves. you can shut one fucker down (and as you can see it's not that easy) but another one can appear anytime.

aka123 08-01-2014 04:39 AM

Your possible actions depend on many things.

Where are you located?
Where is the server located (containing the stolen content)?
Where is the thief located?
What's your budget?
What you want to do about it (your objectives)?

wehateporn 08-01-2014 04:44 AM

I would focus on the positive rather than the negative, you know very well how to make money as an affiliate, karma will take care of the thief by itself, you should spend your time on what you're good at and make more money :2 cents: :winkwink:

Positive = getting the thief sentenced.

TeenCat 08-01-2014 05:16 AM

there is many aspects of this, many points of view, but overall the most important is, that someone who dont knows better than steal, is making money on something that tooks me alot of time to get working like it is ... so, fuck him is still winning ... :2 cents: but, i am a nice guy ... :helpme

2MuchMark 08-01-2014 05:34 AM

Have you tried contacting that site's service providers such as their billing providers? Maybe they can help you out. Otherwise, what about good old DMCA?

Relentless 08-01-2014 05:37 AM

If it is an affiliate site, I'd start by contacting the programs getting traffic from it to see if they will shut down his accounts.

If your site is pushing sponsor programs you can contact those sponsors and they may act on your behalf. Worked for me recently when someone was ripping my site and I was having difficulty finding a working email for them. While most of the sponsors said they couldn't help, a few were pro-active and either deleted their accounts outright or sent them a message saying to resolve the matter or face deletion. I got an email from them within 24 hours and my content was removed. (Their response was a variation of 'rogue employee', in this case their brother - or so they claimed.)

https://gfy.com/showthread.php?t=1141864

Also, while some of the privacy folks do not like having Google track their shit, I have found having analytics lets Google know precisely when your content was added and speeds up their DMCA process if you have to go that route.

TeenCat 08-04-2014 07:12 AM

thank you all for all the help here, will go through and make some moves :winkwink: thank again, gfy! :thumbsup

archive.org will show the truth unless on of the sites was blocked by robots from archive.org to access it.

at least older one will for sure appear on archive.org, newest one may not yet and since your site is older i see no problem for google to check who was 1st.

ed.: sorry jumped to fast already two guys posted about archive.org ;)

my 2c: post info about this guy here so we could all avoid to deal with him. beside this use archive.org to take down his site.

Am I the only one that doesn't understand what's going on and/or what in the hell happened? You have the passwords? If he stole your site and you still have the passwords, change the password and lock him out. How does one "steal serps"?

I know English is your second language and I'm not being a dick, but I really don't understand what's happening. Is a competitor? Someone steal your idea? Did they just copy your site and contents?

If he stole from you, don't be a nice guy. That's the last thing you do to someone that steals from you. But then again, I'm still confused so who knows.

the way i understood this is the thief is ex-employee of teencat but i still dont understand how teencat can have access to his site, unless we are talking about teencats site which thief have its own posts or 3rd option: teencat hacked his site?

but that was not the case so i didn't ask about it yet it interested me when ive first read it as well as you Rob.

Period (.)
Periods are used:

to mark the end of a sentence that is a complete statement:

My name?s Beth and I was 18 in July.
After leaving school, she went to work in an insurance company.

to mark the end of a group of words that don?t form a conventional sentence, so as to emphasize a statement:

I keep reliving that moment. Over and over again.

Google loves good writing ;-p
