    (CNN) -- The Republican-led House approved a resolution on Wednesday authorizing Speaker John Boehner to sue President Barack Obama.
    The vote was 225-201.
    Republicans argue the President's executive actions to change Obamacare and make other policy decisions on his own were unconstitutional because it's the job of Congress to make or change laws.
    An impeachment conspiracy? Boehner: No GOP plans to impeach Obama
    House authorization now allows GOP-leaders to have the suit filed in federal court. The time frame for that is not clear.

          Maybe if the President did think he unilaterally has the power to change or ignore laws, he wouldn't be sued. Though Boehner is such a pussy to not cut the budget that funds these unconstitutional power grabs. So he is also at fault for the construction becoming almost useless these days. DACA should have been de funded long ago for example. But the RINO leadership is spineless.

                                          What's extra sad about this is that there are all kinds of other important bills on the table, and that old tan man bastard wouldn't even bring them up for a vote (Hence the nickname "The do-nothing congress", and the reason for the least amount of bills signed into law in the history of congress. But, he decides he wants to sue Obama, so he brings it up for a vote instantly. Oh and of course, just before he and the rest go on vacation for the entire month of August. What a fucking piece of shit coward he is.

                                          Time for more executive actions I say!
