Coolest Summer On Record In 2014
 

The frequency of 90 degree days in the US has been plummeting for 80 years, and 2014 has had the lowest frequency of 90 degree days through July 23 on record. The only other year which came close was 1992, and that was due to dust in the atmosphere from Mt Pinatubo.

...are in the low to mid 70's...a hot day is low to mid 80's.

Wish this was the coolest summer...ugh. I miss air conditioning.

Steven Goddard is a troll. Do not take this cherry-picked 'data' as an indication of anything other than anti-climate change buffoonery.

It's been above average hot here for the last 3-4 weeks. We had a couple of days where it cooled down though. Typically here summer days are in the low 80's but we have had more days in the upper 80's and low 90's and even a few in the 100's than I can remember.

The worst is the damn humidity. It is brutal enough you can work up a sweat just typing.

Yeah, this is so true... :) Like the summer has not come yet... :(
