PAXUM - Asking Doc Allover Again
 

I got message for paxum that i will get my new Paxum card in next few weeks.
Cause my old one will expire of course.

Than i contact Paxum saying that the last time i was waiting for my new card
i took almost 3 months to get! And that it would be nice from them to send it on time.

And they told me also i have to UPLOAD documents again
And they have all this cause am using my paxum for years now!
So do we have to upload document every time we have to get new Paxum cc!
They have my passport, my personal id and my drivers id i think.
All they don't have is my blood sample!

Due to most recent rules imposed by the bank, for your card request to be processed, the following documentation is required:

- a different scan/photo of your international passport, making sure the document is in full size (the page containing your signature is also required) and all margins and corners are visible;

- a proof of address issued in your name over the last 5 months.

I must say, every time we set up or update Paxum accounts, Im always blown away at the amount of Docs and verification they need. Im always annoyed.....

Then when I have a large balance in there...Im glad they take things so seriously. At the end of the day, I trust a company that doesn't cut corners or BS more than a virtual card company that lets anyone join with fake info in 3 min, lol.

Than being said, I will NEVER keep large balances on any system like that. Ive just seen to many go sideways. Deposits come in, I sweep them out ASAP.

They still should allow atleast small amounts/transactions for new accounts without id verification,otherwise they will never penetrate into mainstream biz.

I would understand this if i were pulling huge amount of $$$ on paxum or do any shady things. But asking for doc every time i had to get new cc is just crazy!

Paxum = hassle

I've had an old address on my Driver's License for the last five years. I just never bothered to update it. No one gives a shit. My bank had my street address incorrect for the longest time as well as an old phone number. No one cared. Eventually I updated it. If i had not it would still be wrong and no one would care.

With Paxum OTOH all of this would be an issue and it seems they want you to continually keep uploading new documents all the time. So if you want to do business with them you should be prepared for the hassles. It's your choice.

I had changed my address and needed my debit card sent to my new address, a total nightmare! ID with new address, utility bill with my name and new address, passport and after that they asked me to hold all this taking a photo of myself. I told them that they can keep the new card, close my account and I'll use Payoneer. It's fucking pathetic, I have 200 times more in my regular bank account and they never ask me all this fucking stupid shit!!

I didn't change any address for that part, i have 2 same address from the beginning!
I never moved!

I've asked Ruth continuously about this for almost two years and each time Paxum aren't ready.

Now they're cutting themselves out of the market in some regions.

No way, Paypal's verification for a Business account was pretty damn simple, hell they were sending me printed debit cards without me even asking. I've had a Paypal account since their early days and I haven't had a single issue with them.

I'm closing my account the moment the card expires in September, everything you send them is never enough, they asked for more shit, other than my Passport, utility bill and DL, it's stupid, seriously pathetic Fuck em I'm done!

never has any problems with paxum. got my new card without any docs.
