The law is geared towards boyfriends/girlfriends who decide to get "revenge" on their ex and pass around nude pictures to their friends and try to humiliate their ex. They didn't come up with that law to go after the exgf porn niche. Regardless of what porn you promote, shoot, host, etc you are always going to be taking a risk no matter how small or big when it comes to the porn industry.
