Weather is still hot as hell here so i suppose i should make the most of it while it lasts. Normal service will probably resume by Monday.

Tomorrow i'm going to watch the Commonwealth Games Triathlon which is only a couple of miles from where i am now. The events have been good to watch so far. Sunshine really does make a difference.

Sunday will be F1 on tv mostly.

Very hot here too, so tomorrow it's barbecue time with some friends that's coming to visit. Sunday? Probably work on the porch with some cold beer :)

Not exactly sure yet, but pretty sure American craft beer will be involved.

My daughters 1st bday party at my house in the backyard. We have about 60 people coming, should be a great time.

Wait for the winter and at least a metre (3 ft) worth of snow. This is intolerable, I don't wonder why my ancestors left Africa.

surf report looks good, 2 star waves scheduled for manana and day after.

Working at a local homeless shelter serving meals Saturday afternoon. Sunday delivering meals to the elderly for their Sunday dinner with MOW (meals on wheels).

Taking a much needed vacation to Gaza. Some rest and relaxation is much needed.

I am giving my liver a few weeks rest so I will avoid going out.....

Taking family photo. My very late Xmass gift for my Mother. We haven't done one for over 15 years.

Changing Nappies, feeding, cuddles and sleep deprivation. My daughter will be one week old on Sunday.

It's going to be hot as hell this weekend, but tonight I'm heading to the food trucks since every last friday of the month they all come out close to where I live. Saturday, probably not a damn thing, but Sunday, Street League :] Should be a fun time.

Working, working out and repeating. Some flopping on the couch, some drinking homebrew in moderation at night.

On Saturday
Rebuilding the rear differential on my pick up, doing some work on a CT90 that I have for my girl. Going to an engagement party that's being thrown for me and my girl.

Doing a motorcycle ride to the beach on Sunday, other than that, just chilling out!

Saturday I'm waiting home for deliveries because my wife has to work to get caught up with the incredible amount of projects she has going on. Hopefully they come early so I can hit the golf course late morning. Night time probably out for a nice meal and a couple bottles of wine.

Sunday, Formula 1 race in the am, I'm playing in my soccer match late morning and probably some chilled out afternoon food/drinks if the weather is nice.

As usual,absolutely nothing.

Took a tour of Montreal today to see my home city as a tourist on one of those Amphibius bus things which then drove right into the river. It was pretty cool actually.
