How Do You Block Someone On Android?
I have the newest version of Android and the built in blocking feature isn't practical. To block one person you have to block everyone and manually allow people to contact you.
How do I block 1 number without having to block all incoming calls and texts? |
There must be an app

The Call Control app works great for this, though I don't think it blocks texts.

my galaxy s4 does this with no additional app required it will block texts and calls

I use "Mr. Number" works GREAT!

I don't have the newest Android but on mine it's Phone > Call Settings > Call rejection
edit: For texting it's Messaging > Settings > Register number as spam |

I 100% will when they come out with a bigger screen! I know it's super easy to block people with an iPhone I've had a 5s but the screen is too fucking small so I got the Note 3

I use Mr Number app. It doesn't really block anything...technically it answers and hangs up before the ring. But to me, it appears to be blocked so that's all that matters. I haven't looked at the app for a while, but I think it also blocks area codes.
