NATS linking code question
Is there a difference between how the encoded, unencoded and short-code links are tracked for sites?
I've seen more affiliates using the unencoded links these days is why I ask. Of the three, what is the best option to use for linking? Or why are there even 3 options? |
There is no difference in how they are tracked that I can tell. And I use Nats as both an affiliate and a program owner.
If your affiliate username or campaign name is something idiotic like "letsseeifidiots willbuythisstupidshit" or your real name or something like that (or anything you don't want surfers to see) then obviously encoded links are the best way to go. |

Can't wait until they do a system that allows you to do something like: http://www.pornsite.com/in/myaccount/mycampaign
So that I can make up a username like /promopricing1995/sr And in the system sr would equal PPS with trials and whatever title I give it. |
