videos not downloaded in mac
 

not sure what we have done wrong in setup. when members area accessed on mac and user clicked on download nothing happen even with mp4 file. there is no right click option to save target as or save link. what we have done wrong please advice.

Assuming you have enabled right click on the mouse in system preferences, then you are looking for Download As when you right click
or Download Linked File

It should work just fine. I'm on a Mac and will help you test. Can you setup a test page on non-password protected URL to a sample video?

Download linked file. when clicked in windows pc works fine but not in MAC. how people linked file for MAC or its same as windows.

sample url like we have done is: http://members.abc.com/members/desipapa/sample.mp4

this is how all people do thru cms or manually. but when clicked in max nothing happen.

Can you please do a test and let me know what is the outcome please.

Yup, both streams fine and right click download works.

I imagine you've just got a DFU problem.
