Shooting: Six dead in Houston
 

Father shot and killed six people in Houston, four of whom was his children... His 15 year old daughter is in critical condition. The man surrendered a short time later.

What causes people to do this?

That guy is no different to anybody else, the only difference is that in his moment of madness he was able to pull a gun like I'd take a pizza out of the freezer.
