This is making it seem like perhaps the mayor (a BLACK DEMOCRAT) was stealing the money that was supposed to help people!!! This kind of reminds me of BLACK DEMOCRAT William Jefferson. Get in here and straighten this mess out! I'm just going to theorize that perhaps Ray Nagin is NOT a Democrat at all! He's an imposter sent in by the Tea Party (even though they didn't exist yet). And now that I think about it...I bet he's not even black! Holy shit!!!! I know what happened now: Ray Nagin is a long lost KOCH BROTHER! And he used money from the Koch fortune to have his skin dyed dark. Then he went undercover for decades infiltrating the Democrat Pary machine.
