Surprised more religious nuts didnt raise a stink when this came out about it butchering their story. It's not a very good movie regardless.

Religion is for nuts, so you expect them to think enough for them self's to figure that out, lol.

I was surprised this turd was directed by the same guy who made Requiem for a Dream, the Wrestler and Black Swan. All excellent movies. This must have been his paycheck movie.

It is based on a work of fiction so I am just wondering.

tbh I didn't think it was that bad. maybe i'm biased because watched it on airplane and didn't have many other good choices of new movies to see.

I have downloaded it and I close it in the first 30 minutes . It seem boring for me , I will give it a try in a few days , but I don`t know , for me it seem`s boooooring ^^

I don't know what I was expecting when I watched it...but it definately wasn't what i saw.

I guess it's an interesting sci-fi movie but I'll have to watch it.

I watched it over the weekend. I'm a big fan of most of Aronofsky's work. This movie was decent. While I was watching it, I enjoyed it. Some parts were a bit flat though. This and The Wrestler will be the only 2 Aronofsky films that I don't purchase on Blu-ray.

You didn't enjoy The Wrestler?

It's not that I didn't enjoy it... I guess when I think of an Aronofsky movie I expect to see a certain style of direction. Pi, Requiem for a Dream, The Fountain... all very stylized and sort of dream-like. The Wrestler (and even Black Swan to a degree) seemed to go in an opposite direction, very gritty.

I'm a mythology fan, so I like to check out many of them .. Christian Mythology is a little strange, but if they can make good movies out of them, I'll check them out.

I'm not remotely religious, but I like Darren Aronofsky's work, so I went to see it in the theater. I really liked it, and the most interesting parts of the movie were what happened after the flood, on the ark.

Any good sex scenes?
