what would you do with extra 3000sq ft of space?

I have a 6500 square foot home so an extra 3000 would be an overkill. :thumbsup

Depends on layout & location, have to see it to decide what would work.

I'm at 4300 SQ feet.. sure don't need another 3K SQ feet either...

Depends if it was separate space from my home or not.

I'd have a killer 3000sq ft garage & workshop if it were separate. If it were attached, I guess I'd make it sectional and have a nice studio & home office in one part, and a killer home theater in the other part.

Its open loft space in an ok not great area in miami.

Considerimg what to with it biz wise...

I couldnt possibly use that much more living space. Id either make a really nice garage or an area for an indoor pool.

Our house here for the three of us is 3500 sq feet. We have rooms we never use.

Rent it (prepaid) to coyotes.
