I don't use agencies - I like to get dirty in the field, and find the talent myself. I've had good success (by my standards) by hitting mid-level strip clubs. Most of the girls that work there offer full service. You can see who has a great body and who's been ravaged by motherhood, tattoos or bad implants (some of the butt implants in Colombia are just ridiculous).

A couple of drinks, a couple of tokes, a couple of lines, a couple of pesos and a deal is struck. 75/25 she shows up - 0% chance she shows up on time. So you figure 3 hours late and you pay by the session. I like 4 hour blocks. I schedule for 12, start at 3 and end at 7.

Czech or Hungary are the only two countries which have any real structure for production. If you spend anytime in preparation and planning you will not want it wasted by no shows and late starts.
