best way/plugin to clone wp site?
 

hello gfy. again a help from you is needed. i am looking for plugin, which allows me to clone and make backup from my wordpress site, so i can clone and install it on another place. is there any simple plugin for that? plugin, that will make for example .rar package, so i can just upload it from my hdd and install clone of my wp site? hope i didnt asked so complicated, wanted to explain my request as much as possible :) thank you in advance for any answer, have a nice day and have luck with your business everyone! :thumbsup

I don`t know of a stand alone plugin, but managewp.com have that feature in their professional plan. Best of luck in the search for a plugin that does the same. Would like to know as well.

I use one called BackupBuddy. Does what you are looking to do.

thank you guys, will try backupbuddy and cyberseo, i have managewp, but i think cloning works only on the same hosting if i am right? i need to clone both, files and also database :winkwink: will keep you informed, and any other tips are welcomed! :thumbsup

Used this one many times - never any problems:

For CyberSEO it does matter where the cloning resource is located and who owns it. The plugin simple crawls the target WordPress website and copies all the posts (including the images etc) to your own website.
