Here's the hypocrisy of all you futbol fans: you don't mind endlessly passing the ball with little to no scoring but when it comes time for someone to actually WIN then you move to a shootout. Why not have that kind of action in the first 90+ minutes by doing away with that silly offsides rule? Oh NO NO! Let's only use the shootout to finally decide shit in the round of 16.

Actually this is the first time I have brought up the absurdity and hypocrisy of you futbol freaks being okay with shootouts in overtime. However, I will give you that I mention SCORING an awful lot, probably because your fucked up sport has so little of it and when you DO have it it's in silly overtime.

What is the problem with you people, anyway? You don't WANT to see goals? You don't WANT to see scoring? You just want to watch endless passing so you can all hug each other, bounce up and down and scream your country's name for 90+ minutes and scoring would be a distraction from that?

why so hostile? its just a game.

american football has HUGE lulls. when there is a TD, there as an ad break, then a kickoff, then more ad breaks. then theres TV timouts, & challenges. & forget about the superbowl halftime, that takes hours.

then theres baseball, every bit as slow as soccer, & no clue when the game ends if its tied after 9. A recent baseball game went 5 hours. & a baseball challenge takes a solid 5 minutes.

golf, pfft. Hockey?

auto racing? theres barely any passing. only crashes & pit stops seem to matter. God forbid it rains.

even the NBA has only 6-8 playoff teams. the rest are street ballers. It was AWFUL to watch the knicks this year.

the only sports on earth with nonstop scoring? tennis & big 12 college football!!!
