I live in a townhouse and I'm sandwiched between two black families. They're great and I wouldn't want to share a wall with anyone else.

But, one of the problem houses near us is a black family(renters) who has no problem carrying on with loud parties and being jerks most of the time. You can't say anything to them or there'll be some problems, or possibly violence. They're just complete bastards and it'll be a great day in my life when those fuckers move. The house was foreclosed on, but we think the bank might be letting them stay rent free. If anyone can shed light on how those situations work, I'd be interested in your info.

But there's some white assholes in the area too. I'm just saying being a dick sociopath isn't exclusive to any race.

also, no matter where you live there's always going to be that one neighbor who you wish was dead.

I moved to a all black neighborhood when I was young. Cops began treating me badly, the local government got absurd, and it even cost me my job, boss called me a hahahahahaha lover. But that was all good, it forced me to depend on myself. I put my camera to work, began building webpages and opened my own computer store. And a neat thing happened, it seems if you move into a slum and begin fixing up your own house, neighbors begin to think theirs might just be worth fixing too. I ended up having a lot of great neighbors in a neighborhood where we all looked out for one another. Certainly one of the better places I have ever lived.

I have never had a problem in my life. Its not who you live next too. It what you live in or where.

They don't like living around them either so it is complicated. Best news is that the inner cities were fixed up so much with cheap mortgage money during the early 2000's that typical "black neighborhoods" are pretty nice now.

I dont think its black people as much as it is poor people. I dont want to live in a black neighborhood just as bad as I dont want to live around white trash. The truth is, for the most part, these areas are filled with poverty or something near to it. White or black, if you are extremely poor or a drug addict. Your neighborhood will most likely reflect that. That isnt the place where the middle class and above will situate themselves.

I will say this. Every time a group of blacks enters a white neighborhood, they have this look on their face like they are expecting trouble, or that "up to no good" look. Now, I do not know why, but some of the darker members here might enlighten me.

That was back in Cleveland. Here I live in an upper class neighborhood where neighbors never see anything when someone cuts the lock on my gate, but are quick to call the cops if a naked chick happens to walk out of my house.

There are some nice folk here too, just no where near the tight neighborhood back east.

Are Bloods and Crips black gangs? Yes they are but not exclusively and once again, I don not care are they blacks, latinos,or jews. Fact is that they are active and strong and that is what I've asked. Thousands or ogranized criminals are walking around.

My question is still the same (even if you do not understand it) is why strong country like US (with so many security services, brutal police,money,spy technology,possibility to project power worldwide) is not solving armed savages in urban areas.
