I'm sure not a designer but 2 me that looks much better. you might want 2 think about another color, 2 me the purple ( or what ever color it is ) does'nt look that great.

Much better than the first, but still a few things missing. If your content is "amateur fetish slut" (like the site says), then you site should look like that - black/red, white text, or something of the sort might be better.

You might want to add a bit more text to the page. Sell who you are and what your members will get inside. Right now all you say is "BBW Nina Amateur Fetish Slut Free Tour Join Members You can now join using PayPal". More emphasis is placed on navigation and joining than on getting your surfers worked up enough to buy. You might also consider merging your free tour onto this page as a scroll down.

Also, in the Amateur niche the personality of the girl is very important. People are not joining to only look at pictures of you, they're joining for pictures and personality. Put up a short biography, say who you are, what you like, etc. Work up the fetish slut aspect, talk about how much you enjoy doing X, Y, and Z.

I'm don't run amateur sites, so take what I say with a grain of salt.

The new one is a definite step in the right direction. Where do you live, btw?

Exactly. More people are likely to see your main page than your tour page. Put your strongest material on the page that the most people see. Don't assume that people are going to fully explore your site.
