what's the best and cheapest way to become US Incorporated ?

the 'best' and 'cheapest' are not necessarily to be used in the same sentence ;)

there are some best ways, but they generally are not the cheapest is what I'm trying to say...



the price ranges I know of are this:


for a corp in a box, that can run as low as 300 bucks


for an "OJ Safe" corp setup, can range up to 10k

for a medium safety setup, around 3-5k

...and everything in between...
