All cars in this day and age come with some sort of anti-theft deterrent straight out of the factory. We are worried about the Russian scammer invasion.

Not in my country. They aren't really needed since with most modern cars it isn't needed. They can't be started w.o. the keys. So now they go for the keys.

I guess if you are worried they will break a window and steal something from the car, it would be good heh

No car alarm on my car, I have a panic button on the key that I can use if someone tries to mug me near the car. My car is parked in my garage every night so they would have to come into my house to get to my car. I have smart garage door openers, it alerts me if someone tries to open the doors, like an alarm and ties into my alarm system in the house.

My truck looks like a psycho owns it. Never any problems with theft or door dings. Sane individuals tend to park a few spaces away from my truck.

The vehicles i've owned over the past 15 years have all had electronic immobilizers in them. The 3-point kind, not the 2-point factory kind. As well, I have a little device I use inside the car that alerts me silently when someone is out in my driveway poking around trying to get in the car. I can actually speak to the intruder while I'm still in the house. It's only happened once since I got it, and I said to the guy "Hey buddy, whoever you are, I'm ten seconds away, and... I'm coming for you. Gonna hurt you BAD bro"... he fucked off down the road pretty fast. Good thing he lifted the door latch instead of breaking the window, because I'd have chased him and made him pay...one way or another.

In case you haven't figured it out, my interior device is.... a baby monitor.
