I bought an email blast from him, paid via paypal, and he disappears and never delivered.

I have proof too if anyone wants it. Just don't want to embarrass him too much publicly.

idatelocals and mseagal are known scammers. They bump each others posts all the time claiming that hey bought data from each other. Do a search and you'll what what I mean. They tried to scam me but paypal flagged their email and reversed the payment.
