Moviedollars com stats page and custom theaters
 

No drama, just wondering if it is happening to anyone else?

Is anyone else having trouble with the Moviedollars . com stats page not counting clicks? Signups and sales are showing but not total clicks and unique clicks. I am in contact with support about it, am just wondering if it is happening to anyone else?

Also, if you have a custom theater with moviedollars, is your google analytics code working properly?

As i said there is no drama.

Mine look "funny" since the 12th.
"Funny, meaning WAY WAY less than usual...but he $$$ seems correct, as "normal".

Now the stats have stopped at the 16th and show nothing from then on.

My stats show significantly lower clicks on the 12th and no clicks since the 13th, but my sales look normal including today.

This would typically not be a concern, but James who has been the AM for a long time, has recently left Movie Dollars for competitor Platinum Bucks. Did he simply leave because of a better offer or were there internal conflicts with new management/owners?

Thanks for your reply InfoGuy, yes i am the same, lower clicks on the 12 and no clicks since the 13th of this month. I got a reply from my first email to support on the 16th, the next day, but not reply to that email i sent back on the 17th, about this problem.

Has this not happened to any one else?
