Anyone know if Xenlayer is answering emails/ICQ?
 

One of my sites is down, and I have been trying to contact Russ/Andrew at Xenlayer and it's been two days of sending ICQ messages but I haven't gotten a response. I need my site up asap as I'm losing traffic by it being down. Has anyone spoken to Russ/Andrew or anyone at XenLayer the last day or two. :(:(

Sent them a trouble ticket on their Xenlayer and still no response 24 hours later. Sigh :( 3 days now and huge traffic lost :(

I'm hoping there is a good reason for the lack of response from them Carlosse. Whenever possible, I try to give someone the benefit of the doubt as unforseen family emergencies,etc... might be the cause for the lack of replies thus far. At least I hope there is a good reason for not replying to me for 3 days now :(

thats what you get when you buy hosting from a company reselling one of the cheapest datacenters around. :2 cents::2 cents:

they should have more than one person working for the company.

Is 3Xmedia that Zdenczek fake multi account? I don't have many people on my blocked list except for scammers/multis. So I'm assuming if he's on my blocked list, he definitely falls into one of those 2 categories. :)
