We had a small group in our circle of friends who wanted to save the world. One of them really believed in it all. She worked for Greenpeace during the summer and everything.... Her entire high school and college education was geared towards this, she went for some huge degree in Oceanography...

Twenty years later she works for some evil empire that makes fish oil vitamins. LOL.

All the time she wasted, everything she did, and she didn't change a damn thing and in the end instead of coming up with a solution she became part of the problem.
