I am an American and resent any image of someone burning the flag of the US. No I don't agree with the policy's of our govt. all the time, but when the shit hit's the fan and this country or that country needs help who the fuck do they call? What do you think ole Saddam gonna do to help you outta of a jam? My brothers and sisters have died for their country and for some of the benifits that other countrys enjoy today. Next time you get the urge to show your true feelings about the U.S.A. keep them to yourself because we Americans don't want to see your chickenshit displays. And one more thing, the next time you or your contries freedom is at risk don't call us.

Hello, the point of burning the flag is not to express your support for any other country. It's anti-nationalist in any way. Anti-american, anti-UK, anti-russian, whatever.

Some of you guys are getting too bent out of shape.

I've seen our flag burned on TV since I was 6. It lost it's shock value decades ago to me.

Let the retards post pics of burning flags if they want. Just proves that while they hate us and everything about us, they can't stop thinking about us (and in Joe Sixpack's case, his life does in fact revolve around us). *shrugs*

Last time I remember several countries asking for the US's help at once was um... World War II. The US said no for 2 years, untill pearl harbor was attacked. Yes, you were there to help the freedom of the others at that time :)

Personally, I don't find the burning of a flag offensive. If someone wants to burn the Canadian flag, go for it, American, go for it. It is your right in Canada to do it (Freedom of expression).
