Remove Icon Text?

Anyone know if it is possible to remove the text description from windows desktop icons?

Make your desktop the same color as the font, then you won't see 'em :)

haha, methinks someone needs to get some organizational skills..! a few well-named folders would do wonders for you..!

mule 03-09-2003 12:27 PM

Organizational skills? Shit, what are you talking about? I have a whole disk full of folders called "old desktop", "old desktop 2", old desktop 3", "stuff", "stuff2", "stuff3", "morestuff", and "New Folder2" through "New Folder216"
*grin*

Mine's the same buddy, don't worry about it. You only need to tidy up when there's no more room left on the desktop - and then you can just create a folder called "old desktop" :thumbsup

Amazing how different people use the same software... I don't even look at my desktop. Everything I use is in the start menu, and I use temp directories DOS-style for moving files around :)
