Streammate white labels. Are customer records shared across all?

If I send a signup to a white label and they were already a member of the main site or another white label would I still get credit?

I doubt it, WL are probably sitting on the same DB server, did you try contacting them?

Nah, I've never had much luck with their support responding quickly. Figured someone here would know.

You will likely get credit temporarily but then it filters out in the end. The customers original account will remain and your signup will disappear. Any funds spent will also be subtracted from your account. If the custom does it repeatedly they will likely get their member account deleted.

I can help...

Let's say there are two white labels as well as Streamate.com, A.com (your white label) and Z.com (someone else's white label). A member from Streamate.com can come across A.com and login with their username and password from Streamate.com. Same goes for members between A.com and Z.com. If your member from A.com logs in at Z.com or Streamate.com you're credited for what they spend no matter which site they logged into because when they joined through A.com their account was 'tagged' as A.com's user. Now, it gets a little tricky if your user from A.com comes across Z.com and instead of logging in with their A.com info, they create a new account on Z.com - The new account is not tagged as A.com's user as they joined a new white label so the new account is tagged Z.com's user.

Sounds right, thank you.
