I have no problem with her being a state governor or any office she runs and wins the vote for BUT fuck, that woman could have been the PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES had McCain won and died in office. By the way there was a movie that came out a couple of years ago about the McCain / Palin campaign on HBO. I forgot the title but it's really worth watching if you've never seen it. It paints Pailin in a sympathetic light and after watching it I felt sorry for her.... for a while anyway.

With very few exceptions, I believe that people who become President of the United States rise up to the challenge. They surround themselves with smart people, and usually they do well. There might be a handful of exceptions, such as Nixon.

I was never impressed with Obama, and he's doing exactly what I thought he would do - "Slowly right the ship" and slowly continue improving things.

But I wonder what Palin would have been like as a President.

Pailn doesn't have the mental ability to rise up to any challenge. I'd be surprised she could outwit a glass of water.

Yet she is a millionaire, has had her own TV shows and appears still on the news 5 years after running for VP. If she is doesn't have the mental ability, what does that say about where you are in life?
