not having much luck like I used too. Anyone have and tips or know any sites to find staff?

Ahem, just kidding. Try ODesk. :)

Helpful hint: Post a small job for, say, $10. Hire 3 people to do the task (like editing videos, downloading/uploading videos, etc) and see who does it best, quickest, etc, then hire THAT guy. Keep them on ICQ or Skype and monitor their ass. :)
