Is there a streamate affiliate manager here?

I've been trying to reach them since last friday with no success.

Same thing happened to me as well. Been trying to reach them for weeks now. I tried to reach them through their ticket system and through an email.

I sent them a note through support on friday and again yesterday. I just emailed them to an email address i had from way back.
Hope that will do the trick.

If a model sleeps in cam or does something wrong, streamate admins are quick to popup and bust :)

you first send them few sales , then you contact them.
this worked for me.

Support investigated the incident and found nothing wrong!

Unfortunately, I had much less luck than you had.
I'm still trying to reach them! Sent total of 5 Emails + tickets, and they haven't answered me yet.

Does anybody else know what's up with that?

I haven't seen an affiliate manager from SM here in long time. Liz is here sometimes but she handles most of the modeling and studio side of things. If you are looking for affiliate information as far as links to Streamate and banners etc I'd suggest the mtree email listed above. If you are trying to contact in regards to their reseller program then you should email RS directly.

I've never had a problem with their support. Always fast to respond and very friendly and personable.
