The parents should be charged with a crime for not locking up that knife. We need to ban all sharp knives. Only dull knives will be allowed. Also the knives cannot have menacing appearance to make it look like the military uses it.
So we need to ban all "assault knives" even though they operate exactly like other knives that wont be illegal, it just make everyone with the brain the size of a pea feel a little bit more safe. Here is a picture of the dreaded AK47 knive.
