Eric Shinseki and Jay Carney quit
 

Seems Eric Shinseki is feeling the pressure or Obama finally got the balls to fire someone that fucked up under his watch, either way, he's out and hopefully the next guy can fix the problems with the VA.
Jay Carney just probably got tired of all the bull shit I guess!

Kathleen Sebelius said she quit, but she's still there

You know you always have to train your replacement. Sebelius has to train her replacement in the art of lying, deception and incompetence.

As far as the VA goes I wouldn't hold out much hope that it will get better any time soon. When you have unions involved its bad, when you have government, unions and politicians involved it gets really bad as we see in this case.

I've been seeing Montel Williams pop up on every news outlet crying about this mess. Maybe they should put him in charge of the VA. At least he seems extremely passionate about the subject -- which Shinseki definitely didn't appear to be. Maybe that's what it would take to fix it. Someone who wants to get in there and execute some scorched earth policy.

Montel was an officer, a veteran.

Shinski was I think a good choice, but didn't follow thru.

Someone should have seen this coming.

When I was using the VA in the Valley, I received top service, better than anything I have had in the past with private medial services. So this is not going on everywhere.

This fall on Obama, it was a campaign promise that he made to the Vets, he didn't deliver
