They do actually do this kind of crap. Its a weird gym with a weird approach. The basic idea is for everyone to feel good about themselves and their bodies there (a retarded idea for people who want to change their bodies).

You can't drop weights or an alarm goes off (i.e. flat bench press with 150lb dumbells)
You can't grunt or groan or anything like that while pushing the weight up.
You can't have a tank top and be ripped or they ask you to cover up
They actually do shit like this like have free pizza for members.

Its a ghetto chain gym, in ghetto areas, charging 9.95 a month.

This is funny stuff.... but its how they operate.
