I'm debating with someone regarding the legality of pee fetish videos in the U.S. I've always heard that they're considered obscene only if someone's getting peed on. The person I'm talking to says it's illegal period. Anyone know the actual answer?

Are you sure about that? Kink operates Pissing from San Francisco.

That's what I was told, other countries it is legal, but doubt San Francisco, clips for sale allows solo pissing but not even the word piss or pissing, but no pissing on people. Never checked out the Kink site, not sure how they do it, maybe it's not shot or hosted in the US??

While probably out of date, according to that Cambria list, "No peeing unless in a natural setting, e.g., field, roadside"

Regardless of the legality of it in the U.S., there are sponsors who forbid that content on affiliate sites and view it as a violation of their TOS, so I don't promote it.
