Digitalocean clone with cheaper prices and sweet promo

Do the plans have ffmpeg and full root shell access? How is the uptime? Choice of OSes?

I'm looking at the NJ SATA plan for $15/mo. Seems interesting and might be a good replacement for a low budget dedicated box with some sites not making much money.

they dont have any ssd so of course they are cheaper.

It says SSD storage on both the pricing and features page.
