So it is clear by now that Zombaio/Samport.se has taken Zombaio merchants' money and invested them in their online pizza delivery project - with no intention of ever paying back the funds.

As embezzlement is an economic crime, it is about time to put an end to this circus. Enough is enough!

I'm planning to pay a visit to the Swedish Economic Crime Authority (Ekobrottsmyndigheten) and file a criminal report, so it would great to collect as much evidence as possible.

Are you based in USA? Let's also collect a list of evidence for US webmasters, but for the actual legal process it would be better if a domestic US citizen is in charge. Anyone visited their address in Mountain View, San Francisco? Can it be confirmed that Zombaio is actually present on the address?

Btw, the Zombaio website states that their company in Sweden is called "Zombaio LLC" on an address in Halmstad. There exists no such company name in Sweden (it is in Delaware, USA). In fact there are no companies in Sweden that contain the word "zombaio".

I will be in Sweden next week - so timing is of importance.

Don't worry about legal costs. This is a crime case, not a simple civil dispute, so we can get this expertise for free from the Swedish police.

All I will do is present the case(s) to the Swedish authorities, and then let their public prosecutors do the legal process - if their experts deem that the cases can lead to successful conviction. That's their job.

Do you have any evidence, and do you have a strong case, and are not afraid to present it to the police, then please let me know.
