no shortage of people pissing in the well we all drink from in all sorts of ways.

sad thing is that many of the urinators will be gone with their fortunes, retired or on to some other industry to plague and those that come long after will be punished.

of course when you post on boards about anything negative you are labelled a 'hater', jealous, nobody, whatever.

"Let me say it loud and clear," says Joseph Obenberger, a Chicago attorney whose clients include players in the adult Internet and other entertainment. "I think the people who are spamming, and obnoxiously spamming [adult material], are urinating in the well that all of us drink from."

If they think the law isn't paying them closer attention than they might normally pay adult entertainment, on and offline, they should be advised that the Arkansas House of Representatives has a new bill making the rounds - to force the porn spammers to include warnings, be traceable to commercial distributors, and include a sender's name, correct street address, and source computer identification number.

And that isn't as far as the law might be looking, either. "What they may not know," said Parry Aftab, executive director of WiredSafety.org, and a veteran activist for children's safety online, "is that federal regulators are now going to be spending a good deal of time and expertise to stop porn spam. Already, the Justice Department and FBI have been instructed to do something with this."

Good lord, would it not be a wonderful world if the spammers had the fucking boom lowered on them?

So long as the porn spam is obnoxious it keeps the heat off of those of us with sites. I mean until porn spamis outlawed I don't see any real website legislation coming.

its nice once and awhile to take a break from shouting about useless shit (80% of my posts) and talk about something that is important.

If the adult online biz completely tanks, It wont be the government that brings it down thats for sure IMHO.

In other words, exactly what they are going to arrest people in this FORUM for when they don't have one.

I'm not sure laws are a good way to crack down on spammers though. I prefer a stern talking to.
