Using a model's image to promote prostitution is a violation of Cal Civ Code sec 3344 (right to publicity in other states), a civil lawsuit for false light and quite possibly a 2257 criminal violation as well as a claim for unfair business practices as it relates to 2257 & record keeping of the actual copyright holder of the image.
