What a character arc for Jamie Lannister!

The dude started off the show as the #1 villain. I mean, he pushed a child out of the window trying to kill him in episode 1!
Throughout season 1, he was the guy we loved to hate.
So what happened? Now, he's one of the most sympathetic, and likeable characters on the show!

He's going to get killed in Trial by Combat, fighting that midget's swordsman that has been training him in secret.

Yeah, they're just making him likeable so they can kill him off soon.

John-ACWM 05-13-2014 12:36 AM

A good point. Damn, the midget did a great role in the last episode!

EngineCash 05-13-2014 07:50 AM

Haha, is he really going to die? I haven't watched any episode of 4th season, waiting for all of them to watch. And yeah, he was annoying at the begin, but later on, he became one of the best characters... :)

Neither of those people are part of the trial by combat in the books.

I am guessing it's The Mountain verse Prince Oberon

Last weeks episode of Game of Thrones was the best episode of Law & Order I have ever seen.

This last episode was AMAZING! Tyrion has just gotten better and better and I do feel bad for Jamie now as well. I can't wait to see what happens with The Mountain and the little girl.... She put him on her kill list but at the same time I see them developing a great friendship. He cares about her but tries not to show it I think. He pretends he is doing it for money but I don't believe it fully.

You are confusing the Mountain with the Hound. But I am pretty sure that Arya wants to kill both.

Add "SPOILER" before posting that...

You are correct.

1. Cersei wouldn't appoint a one handed man to fight.

2. He wouldn't fight Bronn, because he already knows the disadvantage he's at because of the training sessions. He even gave his sword to Brienne because of how much he sucks.

Or did you just spoil some book stuff?

But does Arya really want to kill the hound or not? I see what Belinda is saying about them caring for each other but trying not to show it

Sure, Jaime's a little bit pussified. After having his most fearsome weapon, that being his right hand, cut off, and spending the better part of a year with the "tower from Tarth" it's no surprise at all that some of her morals would rub off on him as it were.

He's still a scumbag for pushing the kid out the window though. That'll never change.

Someone else already spoiled it in this thread with their "guess". The trial doesnt involve Jamie or the bodyguard.

Jamie is crippled with the hand - so he cannot fight the warrior, presented by the accusation. There's a guest who came to seek a vengeance at royal's court - known for the usage of deadly poisons on his weapons. His favorite weapon is the spear.
John Snow likes to lick the pussy, and the Dragon Queen - in books is described to have a lesbian sex with one of her's consorts, then in the last book she sucks the dick of her lover in order to "wake him up" the way she's been taught.
King Stanis and the bastard of the dead king Robert never had sex with Melisandre the red witch.:helpme
