Watch Dogs

It's almost here. Who's getting this one ??

Should be the first PS4 title i'm REALLY looking forward to getting to grips with after a slow launch for the new consoles.

Should be fun!! :pimp

brassmonkey 05-12-2014 09:34 AM

i've sold nine pre-orders hoping it will be a lot more

I should complete "The last of us" on PS3 before i purchase this. Think i'm only about halfway through it so far...

romeo22 05-12-2014 01:02 PM

another great game just to fill my free time.

Choopa_Pardo 05-12-2014 01:49 PM

Looks like a fun game!

2MuchMark 05-12-2014 02:31 PM

Wow I can see myself getting lost in this game... looks so cool. I wonder if there will be an xbox one version? If not, this game might be worth getting a Ps4 for.

arock10 05-12-2014 02:54 PM

I preordered this game when I preordered my ps4. Should be a good deal of fun

It's actually coming out on all consoles including the old ones, the next gen game roll out has been pretty fucking boring so far

John-ACWM 05-13-2014 12:57 AM

Still playing from time to time Assassin's Creed Black Flag. I am stuck on it :)

Aidoru 05-13-2014 01:22 AM

Enjoyed the demo at the game convention a lot

That was game of the year for me last year. Fucking stunning characters and story telling.

seeandsee 05-13-2014 06:42 AM

too much complex to me

Yeah, best game i've played on PS3 by quite a distance. And as i said, i'm only about halfway i think...

anexsia 05-13-2014 10:24 AM

I bought it off eBay for $25 uPlay activation code (thank god for all those people selling the vouchers you get with new video cards) can't wait to play this at max on my gaming rig! I have Wolfenstein: The New Order preordered too.

stopitbrrruce 05-13-2014 12:29 PM

Definitely a day-one purchase for me (PS4). I'll be trading in inFamous: Second Son for it, since i got every possible trophy. I hope Watch_Dogs is just as amazing!

arock10 05-27-2014 06:49 AM

reviews coming in now, kind of mediocre for a game delayed 7 months that had a ton of hype

anyway waiting on fedex to drop this bitch off now

1215 05-27-2014 07:53 AM

Don't trust the reviews that much, especially from IGN. I am 100% certain they get paid a ton if money to overhype games. This game probably didn't bother spending cash on hype.

Scott McD 05-27-2014 09:12 AM

I still don't think we'll see the best of any game until they are made for only the PS4 and X-box One consoles alone.

As usual while they still support the older consoles (and try to get every last penny from them), the "next-Gen" games suffer in my opinion...

Feng-PD 05-27-2014 09:36 AM

isn't this just like a pimped up hacker version of GTA?

No it's not.

idolbucks 05-27-2014 11:34 AM

Who has it now

k0nr4d 05-27-2014 11:42 AM

I bought it this morning but honestly don't even feel like playing it today. Too worn out from work...

I'm also really disappointed in this whole ps4 thing. It's been months and no new games have really come out... You can still count pretty much all the non-sports games on two hands.

fpcgary 05-27-2014 11:44 AM

Game looks pretty damn cool, wish i had more free time

JosephFM 05-27-2014 11:54 AM

This seems like the most honest review around http://www.pcworld.com/article/21589...pen-world.html

candyflip 05-27-2014 01:38 PM

I'm playing on the PC. Some of the controls take a bit of time getting used to, and driving the vehicles absolutely blows.

That said, this is the coolest fucking game I've ever played.

mineistaken 05-27-2014 01:45 PM

Adult men wasting time playing games :)

That could be classed as wasting time... :winkwink:

Yes, but not the shows aimed to underage people. Just busting balls :) Although it is strange to me how grown men (especially over 30) buy and play video games..

Hey now, plenty of grown women buy and play video games too!
Women make up almost half of all video-gamers nowadays:

Anyone playing this game now on ps4? How is it?

Finishing up Wolfenstein probably tonight, thinking I might trade it in for Watch_Dogs this weekend

Home video game consoles were introduced when men in their 30s were children. The industry was created for them and as they continue to grow, the video game industry grows with them. It makes perfect sense.

How is Watch Dogs, or any current Gen console/PC game "aimed to underage people"

That does not correlate with the reality... It is very rare to find female gamer, actually I never heard about it in my circles. While most of the males i know play games... Most of the females are patronizing them to "grow up" :1orglaugh

My kids' mom is a Senior Developer. Makes six figures for 35 hours a week work.

Wastes hours and hours every week playing WoW and Final Fantasy after the kids go to sleep.

She falls asleep at night playing iPhone games.

All her friends play too!

NaughtyRob 05-30-2014 09:52 AM

Actually I am 48 and have been playing home consoles since Atari 2600. :-)
So home consoles have been out for like 35 years I think. :thumbsup

DamianJ 05-30-2014 10:13 AM

You can;t seem to invert the fucking camera. It's driving me mental! But it is a lovely game so far.

CIVMatt 05-30-2014 12:41 PM

This game is fucking terrible, I'm really disappointed in it. Exactly same game as Second Son but not nearly as complete.

I'm selling it on CL already. I don't mind crappy games, but this is far from a AAA $60 title. This should of been a $39 download.

k0nr4d 05-30-2014 01:36 PM

I too tried it first time yesterday - fucking garbage. I'm disappointed as hell. The cars drive like shit, the controls are way to complicated, and the "hacking" is fucking pathetic. I expected some cool hacker stuff and instead he just walks around with a smart phone and you hold down square to hack things...

arock10 05-30-2014 02:55 PM

The game is fucking awesome, it isn't GTA but there are a good deal of things I like better about this game then GTA.

The driving was a little annoying at the start but the hands figured it out and now its easy as fuck to drive around at top speed, much easier then GTA.

There are hacking mini games for some of the stuff too.

Lot of hate for this game but after getting past the first couple of hours its been a lot of fun. I was just about to complain it being too easy and then the cop SUVs showed up...

females don't play console games like males do, but they are all over some fucking farmville and phone games
