That bullshit though will hold up in court (obviously depending on what you actually download), but even the simplest of legal documents hold weight in court and the intention is still there. NDA forms don't work. It needs to be very specific & well drafted for it to be truly enforceable.
Your better solution is to trademark/patent/copyright the idea before you share it. Or if it's a script register it with the Writers Guild.
