MySQL Down @ Amerinoc - No replies, how to restart?

Been trying to get a hold of them on every way i know. No replies or answers.

Meanwhile our entire network is down due to mysql being offline.

Any way to restart this ourselves? Any Amerinoc clients know how to? Cannot find it in the backend anywhere either.

Please help.

Mine are ok. Sounds like it could be just your server?

If you have already submitted a ticket, login to it and change its priority to urgent.

Fixed now. Still need to know how to do this ourselves from now on, this is useless, unneccessary waiting time.

Solved. We can do it too from now on.
Cheers.

You need admin permissions then you're good to go

I do it this way (the easy way (Debian-Ubuntu)).
Code:

10:05 AM barry@server-7:~$ sudo -i
[sudo] password for barry:
root@server-7:~# service mysql status
mysql start/running, process 1280
root@server-7:~# service mysql restart
mysql start/running, process 30966
root@server-7:~# <ctrl+d>
root@server-7:~# logout
barry@server-7:~#
