Anyone having issues contacting Swurve?

I have sent my W9 to them at least 4 times, sent emails and a PM here on GFY to ShellyCrash (who has been absent from GFY since 03-29-2014 07:49 PM). I am just trying to get a payout of the $175 they owe me.

Anyone have any additional contact info for them?

Unless she went on a 2 month vacation, seemingly. I have sent at least 5-6 emails, tried to contact her via ICQ and via PM here on GFY with no luck. So I am trying this method.

They been gone for years. I sent them my W9 may 2012. Their site always said they never got it. Tried emailing support dozens of times with no answer.
